nutritonal research

Remko and myself vertured into the wilds of Wales to do some research into race foods. We ventured to a small settlement in the principality named Newport. From here our native guide, Craig, took us on this new locomotive contraption to a village called Cardiff. Here we conducted research into traditional Welsh food at a sports training facility called Thai Edge

Several options were sampled. No hard and fast conclusions were reached so further research will have to be conducted

Today (Sunday) we had a wholesome McBreakfast of McPorridge (+McSausage and McEgg McBagel) and a McToasted McBagel with McPhiladelphia McLight

Fuelled, we then ventured into the deepest darkest uncharted English part of Wales named Symonds Yat. Here we looked at paddle techniques. The boats weren't very long and fast so we decided to do a training session- we didn't get lost we just did a very hard training session!

Having finished a hard days training we then performed further nutritional research in Cheltenham. Guacamole, salsa and sour cream are 3 of my 5 fruit or veg a month!

This rated high for nutritional value things as it has green stuff, red stuff and yellow stuff so it must be good for us!
